Job Title: Manager of Project Management Department

Reports to Director of Operations

Department: Project Management

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of installation projects within two separate business units. Works closely with Director of Operations and other department heads to refine and develop processes. Creates and tracks departmental metrics and reports to determine areas for process improvement and increased efficiencies. Helps set and manage annual budgets. Leads, trains, and develops project management staff.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Leads, coaches, trains, and develops Project Management staff for two business units.
  • Provides direction and guidance to installation team and sales.
  • Holds and conducts department meetings to develop strategies and improve process and procedures.
  • Contributes to organizational goals and company culture through managerial responsibilities.
  • Initiates process improvement to increase department efficiency and accuracy. Attends weekly sales meeting and delivers metrics and discusses area of improvements.
  • Leads discussions on policy and procedure and identifies areas of improvement and provides and implements solutions; works with other internal departments on Process improvement.
  • Develops and manages metrics for two business units. Provides solutions and reports as needed for each.
  • Receives, researches, and responds to requests for information from both internal and external customers.
  • Develops, prepares, generates, and distributes reports.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Leads process for costing of jobs for RFQs for two business units.
  • Supports and guides project management staff in the identification, ordering, and tracking of project materials.
  • Directs staff in best practices for sub-contractor identification and price negotiation.
  • Deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • PMC or PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • 7 years project management or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years leading or managing teams.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Word, Excel, Project, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Title: Assistant Controller

Reports to Controller

Department: Accounting

Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible for specific accounting operations of the company, to include the assistance in the production of periodic and annual financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and helping in the preparation of budgets and forecast.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Monitors day to day financial operations as related to the accuracy of the company’s financials.
  • Active role in month-end closing including making Journal Entries, ensuring staff members complete their task in line with the month-end close schedule and initial review of results to ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assists with tracking actual results against budgets. This includes preparing & publishing monthly reports by department and market segment.
  • For large jobs, create method to track actual expenses versus budgeted expenses. Communicate results to appropriate parties.
  • Prepare costing calculations for products.
  • Collect and analyze data about the company’s operational costs and make recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Assist staff with their Accounting questions. Ensure internal controls and company procedures as they relate to Accounting are followed.
  • Assist Controller with establishing strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information and identifying and evaluating trends and options.
  • Assist Controller with forecasting requirements, budget preparation and analysis of variances.
  • Assist outside CPA firm with preparation and filings of income, sales and use tax returns to local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Perform special projects as requested.
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the accounting field.
  • 2+ years Cost Accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications.
  • Highly organized and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients.

Position Overview/Purpose:

At Adsposure we are consistently seeking to add talented and growth-oriented people to our teams. We have the exclusive access to the advertising opportunities throughout the Chicago transit system. We are looking for an experienced Advertising Account Executive to establish themselves as Chicago go-to Out of Home advertising expert and become our new business development partner. Account Executives are responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining a base of clients to implement, drive, and support strategic sales initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells transit advertising by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending how transit advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
  • Reaches and/or exceeds specified sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Prepares and develops customized sales presentations by researching customer needs and translating those needs into creative proposals for businesses leaders using visual presentations, testimonials, and revenue generating ideas.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborates with the Design, Accounting, Operations, and Installation departments to ensure proper execution of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains and update the CRM database with complete and current account information.
  • Attends regular sales meetings and one-on-one sessions twice monthly.
  • Travels out of the area for business needs.
