Position Overview/Purpose:

Lead assigned team of designers by training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring. Partner with sales team on high-profile projects to create and deliver eye-catching graphic designs for large-format vinyl wraps. Conduct quality reviews on team orders ensuring adherence to current processes, technical accuracy, and creativity standards are met to deliver a quality client experience. Collaborate with Creative Director to continually develop team growth and process improvements for increased departmental efficiency and accuracy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Develop graphics, maintain graphic strategy, and manage execution of complex and high profile design projects for assigned clients, accounts, and/or markets.

  • Lead team of designers in creation of eye-catching designs based on client direction, with high attention to technical, copy and branding requirements.

  • Keep projects on time and within budget through prioritization of team workload with constant team and inter-departmental communication.

  • Responsible for initiating calls with difficult delinquent customers by phone, mail or email to collect payments and settle accounts
