Position Overview/Purpose: 

We are looking for a creative director with the ability to interpret business requirements and client needs to efficiently translate them into high quality, creative solutions. Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the creative director must be skilled at overseeing a creative team including art directors, senior, and junior designers. The creative director must have experience leading and coaching to develop and inspire teams in creativity, quality delivery, and process improvement. The creative director must be exceptional at pitching creative concepts to clients and company stakeholders, as well as communicating strategic ideas and developing concepts with other team members. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Take responsibility for the creative vision and standard of output across all design team members.
• Pitch ideas confidently and communicate their creative vision clearly to clients, design team, and internal partners to ensure design meets client’s expectations.
• Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their design team.
• Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with their overall brand and direction.
• Drive progress and prioritization on multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in meeting strategic goals.
• Track, manage, and deliver feedback concerning metrics and potential areas of improvements within design team. 
• Have solid working knowledge of the software and systems involved with design process and procedures.
• Define team budget and strategic plan for design team growth.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A fine arts or undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.
• Five or more years of creative direction experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creatively directing complex solutions for large format print products.
• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software in a MAC environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. 
• Clear communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients.  
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design solutions.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to deliver to deadlines with accuracy and quality.

Work Requirements:

Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible for a variety of activities that facilitate the timely completion of small to mid-size projects. Works closely with department heads and coworkers on process improvements. Tracks and is held accountable for department metrics.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Primary contact after sales completes initial order requirements.
• Reviews and processes pertinent order information through the initial PM stage.
• Gathers and completes documentation necessary to keep project(s) on schedule.
• Serves as a liaison for department with all project stakeholders and any involved parties.
• Identifies sub-contractors for projects
• Creates installation schedule in collaboration with customer, sales department, installation team, and sub-contractors to meet specified timeline.
• Receives, researches, and responds to requests for information from both internal and external customers.
• Document project status by inputting data into company ERP system.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task as assigned.
• Has a vast knowledge of policy, process and procedure for their business unit.
• Works with other internal departments on process improvement.
• Develops & updates SOPs for designated business unit.
